These awards are a great platform for any retailer, who is committed to developing and advancing more women into senior positions, to demonstrate your commitment to the wider retail industry and of course, it’s totally free to enter!

Winners and finalists are positioned as inspirational role models and ambassadors for retail and in turn their organisations are credited with that achievement.  These stories of success not only deliver great external PR for organisations but the internal PR benefit can be very valuable, offering an effective way to showcase a company’s commitment to gender diversity.
